Martin Custom Construction designed and fabricated this entire project. There are many custom features to this home, but one unique item is that ninety percent of the interior millwork was built from trees cleared from this property. MCC custom designed and milled all mouldings and cabinetry throughout the project from this rough lumber.

Features of the home include a custom cherry kitchen; a unique wormy maple eat-in area; custom oak trim throughout the home; a one-of-a-kind maple/walnut staircase; an oak living room that features paneled wainscoting and window seat; a knotty pine bathroom vanity; oak rift sawn flooring; and a high efficiency radiant heating system.

The custom furniture styled kitchen features solid cherry raised paneled inset cabinetry; solid maple dovetailed drawers with custom pullouts and drawer dividers; a 6 coat hand applied oil finish; soapstone sink and counters; and a tiled stone backsplash.
