Master and Guest Bathroom Remodel

The owners of this home already had some conceptual ideas for their project, so Martin Custom Construction worked closely with them and provided additional design and all inclusive building services to turn their visions into reality. The existing bathrooms were fully demolished and all structural components and mechanicals were updated. The guest bathroom features a whirlpool tub with a custom tiled surround, stone counter, bead-board wainscot, and a tile floor with radiant heat. The master bathroom features a custom tiled shower with built-in stone bench and frameless glass doors, tile floor with radiant heat, and a one of a kind custom vanity. MCC designed and built this vanity to blend the spacial constraints, the owners needs and tastes, and the owners nautical interests. The cabinetry is all made from solid mahogany.
