Kitchen/Bath Remodel and Exterior Addition

All inclusive design and building services were provided by Martin Custom Construction. Challenges with this project included the need to have the house fully operational at all times due to the owners and their two small children occupying the home during the renovation process. MCC was able to accommodate the family with great satisfaction and success during the project.

Another challenge was that the existing house was stucco-cinder block construction and not structurally sound. The entire house was shored up, and the back of the house was entirely removed to accommodate the new foundation and wood frame addition. The addition consists of a new kitchen, bathroom and mudroom. Once the addition was completed, Martin Custom Construction gutted the existing 1st floor interior and updated it with all new mechanicals and finishes, including a custom built flared staircase. MCC also insulated the exterior of the existing stucco portion of the home and installed all new windows, doors, and siding. MCC also designed and built a tiered composite deck to accommodate their existing pool and entertaining needs.
