Garage and Family Room Addition

All inclusive design and building services were provided by Martin Custom Construction. The owners of this project wanted the design to accommodate a seamless transition, interior and exterior, with an existing post and beam colonial home.

The addition included construction of a new cathedral ceiling family room and sunroom. Features of the project included a custom beaded pine beam ceiling; 10”wide plank oak floors; bead board ‘Cape Cod’ sunroom; two new composite decks, and new windows and siding to match their existing home. MCC also fabricated soapstone countertops and a tiled backsplash in their existing kitchen.
